As a Chiasso customer, extensive, complimentary training is given to you and your staff members on a regular basis, so that your clientele may always experience the perfect cup.

We will teach you how to set and adjust your grinder so that you always achieve the correct grind, how to ensure you always achieve perfect extraction, Stretching and texturing the milk so that it is silky and at the correct temperature, Machine care and maintenance etc.

Ongoing training is available from Monday to Friday by appointment and can be held at your venue or at our factory in Capalaba.
